Role & Skills Summary:
Test Management/Test Team Lead: Creating Test Strategies and Test Plans, Managing testing teams, defining testing methodology and tools to use.
System Tester/Test Analyst/UAT Tester: Writing detailed test scripts, Test Execution, Raising and retesting defects, creating regression test packs, use of many testing tools including Quality Center.
Defect Manager: Create Defect lifecycle, Provide Defect tool training, manage and escalate defects through to resolution, manage offshore & 3rd party development teams, Defect reporting, Lead Defect triage meetings, ensure quality of defect content .
Test Environment Management: Environment Design, Model office management, Verification creation and execution.
